26/03/20 UPDATE: AFTER CONTACTING BOTH POST HASTE AND COURIERPOST, IT SEEMS THAT THEY ARE STILL HAPPY TO PICK UP AND DELIVER MAIL BUT THEY ARE PRIORITIZING ESSENTIAL SUPPLIES. AS SUCH, WE WILL CONTINUE TO SHIP ORDERS DAILY BUT YOU SHOULD EXPECT DELAYS.
25/03/20 UPDATE: THE GOVERNMENT HAS STATED THAT ALL NON ESSENTIAL ONLINE BUSINESSES (EVEN ONES FROM HOME) MUST CLOSE AND CEASE SENDING MAIL. THIS IS TO REDUCE THE STRAIN ON THE COURIER SERVICE. AS SUCH WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEND YOUR ORDER UNTIL THE LEVEL 4 LOCKDOWN PERIOD ENDS.
IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER BY MISTAKE THEN WE CAN REFUND YOU IN FULL. PLEASE EMAIL US IF THIS IS THE CASE.
WE WILL BEGIN OPERATING AS USUAL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
22/03/20 UPDATE: A large supply of products has been moved from the storage facility to my own personal residence. By doing this, it is still possible to fulfil orders whilst complying with the lockdown. All products continue to be stored in a temperature-controlled environment.
I do not know if the situation will change. The government may decide to lock down services even further. If this is the case, and your order cannot be fulfilled, then you will be refunded in full.
To clarify, Baby and You can continue to do the following:
- Provide email support 7 days a week.
- Ship orders Monday to Friday.
The delivery time-frame is now 2 – 5 days for deliveries.
I will ensure that the correct measures are taken for my own safety and yours. Orders will be picked up by the courier driver whilst maintaining social distancing. I will be regularly cleaning my hands when handling orders.
Only one person (myself) will be handling products, packing orders etc from this point on.
It is still recommended that you disinfect your order satchel before opening it, and also wash your hands afterwards. This is because it will be touched by people as it moves through the delivery network.
Together, we can beat COVID-19 and end this lockdown in 4 weeks time. Please be safe!
