How can you provide tests at no charge?
We do make a loss on every free sample we send out, however, we hope to recoup this when visitors return and purchase from our store.
We understand that some visitors may have no intention of ever buying, but, we are still glad to be able to offer them a free test as they may well be in a situation where they are unable to afford a store test, but also not willing or able to purchase online.
How will my ovulation test be delivered?
We will send the ovulation test strip to you in a stamped envelope. We ship discreetly, meaning no-one will know what is inside the envelope unless they open it. You may use any address within New Zealand. However, we recommend that you do not use a business address (as standard mail sometimes goes missing to these addresses). We will not send a replacement free sample if the first one goes missing.
What type of ovulation test will I be sent?
